Our Verdict
Visely, with its perfect rating and existing user reviews, is the safer choice for merchants prioritizing ease of use, customization, and a proven track record. Its white-glove service and focus on UI best practices make it ideal for stores wanting a seamless integration. XO Search & Recommendation, despite lacking reviews, presents a compelling proposition for merchants seeking advanced AI-driven personalization, merchandising, and algorithmic optimization. Its A/B testing capabilities cater to data-driven businesses that want to experiment and maximize ROI. However, the lack of user feedback introduces uncertainty. For new Shopify merchants looking to get up and running quickly with a dependable product, Visely wins. For Shopify merchants comfortable with early adoption and AI, XO search and recommendation presents an interesting, albeit unproven, opportunity.
