Search & Discovery ‑ Visely vs Xrely Autocomplete & Searchfor Shopify (2026)
Search & Discovery ‑ Visely and Xrely Autocomplete & Search both aim to improve the customer shopping experience by enhancing on-site search and product discovery. Visely positions itself as a hassle-free solution for businesses of any size, emphasizing ease of use, deep customization, and white-glove service. Its strength lies in its comprehensive suite of features, including tailored filters, recommendations, and internationalization options. Visely seems to be targeted toward merchants who are looking for a complete and customizable search solution with strong support. Xrely, on the other hand, emphasizes its AI-driven approach to intelligent autocomplete and search. The core strength of Xrely seems to be its data analysis of consumer behavior to improve product discovery. Xrely might be more suited to merchants who are comfortable leveraging AI and want a more hands-off solution that learns from customer behavior. However, the complete lack of reviews or ratings at this point in time, and therefore any proven track record, presents a considerable risk to merchants.

Our Verdict
For merchants prioritizing proven performance and deep customization with hands-on theme integration, Search & Discovery ‑ Visely is currently the stronger option, thanks to its positive reviews and feature set. It appears suitable for established stores with diverse catalogs. Xrely Autocomplete & Search is better suited to merchants who are willing to take a risk on a new app and who trust in AI to handle the heavy lifting of personalizing the search experience. Xrely may grow into a good option, but right now the lack of social proof makes it a gamble.
