Our Verdict
For merchants looking to improve the design and functionality of their Shopify store without coding experience, Section Store: Theme Sections is the clear winner. Its ease of use, integration with the theme editor, and growing library of sections offer a straightforward way to enhance the store's visual appeal. It's ideal for those who find existing themes limiting but want to avoid complex page builders or custom development.
On the other hand, XO Insert Code is better suited for merchants with technical expertise or those working with developers who need to inject custom code into their store for analytics, marketing, or feature enhancements. While it requires more technical understanding, it provides unparalleled flexibility for integrating various scripts and code snippets. If you need to add Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or custom JavaScript functionality, XO Insert Code is the appropriate choice.
