Our Verdict
For merchants whose primary need is enabling order edits and offering simple upsells, SelfDesk: Order Edit & Upsell may suffice. However, the low review count suggests it might be a newer or less widely adopted solution. For established brands with significant subscription revenue, Skio Subscriptions (YC S20) appears to be a more robust choice. Skio's focus on reducing churn, increasing LTV, and its backing by Y Combinator, combined with a larger user base (reflected in the higher review count), suggests a more reliable and feature-rich subscription management platform. Brands seeking advanced subscription features such as 'Build-a-Box', 'Multi-step cancel flows', and automated journeys should strongly consider Skio.
