Our Verdict
Wrapin is the better choice for merchants specifically wanting to offer gift-wrapping and personalized messaging services to their customers. The high number of reviews (359) suggests that it is a popular and likely reliable solution for this specific need. SelfDesk, while also rated 5/5, has significantly fewer reviews (4), and its exact feature set and value proposition remain unclear based on the available data. If a merchant's primary goal is general order editing and upselling without focusing on gifting, further research on SelfDesk or alternative apps would be necessary.
