SelfDesk: Order Edit & Upsell vs Zoorix: Bundles & Cross Sellfor Shopify (2026)
SelfDesk: Order Edit & Upsell and Zoorix: Bundles & Cross Sell are both Shopify apps aiming to increase Average Order Value (AOV) through upselling and cross-selling techniques. However, they appear to cater to different segments of the Shopify merchant ecosystem. SelfDesk focuses on order editing capabilities combined with upsell functionalities, while Zoorix positions itself as a comprehensive solution for volume discounts, bundling, and AI-powered cross-selling. Zoorix boasts a significant advantage in terms of social proof, indicated by its substantially higher number of reviews (386) compared to SelfDesk (4). While both apps have a perfect 5/5 rating, the volume of Zoorix's reviews suggests broader adoption and a more established track record. Zoorix's feature set includes volume discounts, tiered pricing, bundle creation (Mix & Match, Build a Box), and AI-driven cross-selling in the cart drawer, along with BOGO offers and free shipping thresholds. These features position Zoorix as a robust toolset for merchants seeking comprehensive AOV optimization strategies. SelfDesk's value proposition, while not explicitly detailed beyond "Order Edit & Upsell", likely caters to merchants needing post-purchase order modifications and potentially simpler, more direct upselling options. The absence of detailed features compared to Zoorix makes a direct comparison challenging. If SelfDesk truly focuses on order editing, its audience is distinct from those purely seeking discounting and bundling tools.

Our Verdict
Based on the available information, Zoorix: Bundles & Cross Sell appears to be the more comprehensive and feature-rich option for merchants aiming to significantly boost their AOV through a variety of discounting and bundling strategies. Its AI-powered cross-selling and native cart integration further enhance its appeal.
SelfDesk: Order Edit & Upsell might be a better fit for smaller stores, or stores with simpler product catalogs, where the primary need is order modification combined with potentially simpler upselling. If order editing is a critical requirement, and complex discounting is not, SelfDesk may be preferable. However, the lack of feature details and low review count make it difficult to recommend without further information. For most merchants prioritizing AOV maximization, Zoorix is the stronger contender.
