Our Verdict
For Shopify merchants seeking rapid sales growth and brand awareness through influencer partnerships, Sellencer Influencer Marketing, *if* proven to be reliable and effective in spite of no reviews, presents a potentially attractive option, especially for those with limited marketing budgets. However, the lack of reviews is a significant risk. In contrast, Toki Loyalty Program & Rewards is a better fit for merchants prioritizing long-term customer relationships and repeat business. Toki's high rating and numerous reviews suggest it's a reliable and well-regarded solution for building customer loyalty programs. Merchants should prioritize Toki if customer retention is a primary concern.
Common Questions
Which app is better for a startup on a tight budget?
Sellencer's performance-based payment model *could* be more appealing initially, as you only pay for results. However, the lack of reviews makes it a riskier choice. Toki's pricing isn't available, but loyalty programs often require ongoing investment, which might be a barrier for very early-stage startups.
Which app is better for a store with an established customer base?
Toki Loyalty Program & Rewards is likely the better choice for an established store. Leveraging an existing customer base to drive repeat purchases and brand loyalty is the core strength of a loyalty program.
Does Sellencer offer tools for managing influencer relationships?
The description mentions connecting with an influencer marketplace, suggesting some degree of relationship management within the app. However, the depth of these tools isn't clear.
Can Toki be used in conjunction with a Point of Sale (POS) system?
Yes, Toki's headline explicitly mentions POS integration, allowing for a consistent loyalty experience across online and offline channels.
What happens if Sellencer doesn't generate any sales through influencers?
Since it's performance-based, you wouldn't pay anything. However, you would also not gain any visibility or sales, resulting in a wasted opportunity cost of time spent setting up the app.
Does Toki provide support for referral programs?
Yes, Toki explicitly mentions flexible referrals with discount codes, tiered rewards and fraud protection.
