Our Verdict
If you're dealing with the technical challenge of moving gift card data from another system to Shopify or require a robust solution for generating gift cards in bulk for promotions, Selling Point is the clear choice. Its focus is on streamlining backend processes related to gift card management. The higher review count, despite the equal ratings, suggests a more established user base and a proven track record.
However, if your priority is to enrich the customer experience by allowing them to send personalized greetings with their gifts and collect data related to gift-giving, Storydots | WhatsApp greetings is more appropriate. It addresses a different niche within the gifting space, focusing on customer engagement and relationship building. Given the limited review count, potential users should carefully consider their specific needs and expectations before choosing Storydots.
