Our Verdict
For most Shopify merchants in 2026, Verifast AI Chatbot +Sales Bot appears to be the safer and more effective choice. Its perfect rating suggests a reliable and valuable solution for driving sales and engaging customers. SH: WhatsApp Chat & Abandoned's 0/5 rating is a significant red flag, making it difficult to recommend unless a merchant has a very specific need for WhatsApp integration and is willing to risk potential issues with the app's functionality and support.
If a merchant is deeply invested in WhatsApp as their primary communication channel and is willing to troubleshoot potential problems, SH: WhatsApp Chat & Abandoned *might* be worth exploring *after* extensive research and testing. However, given the overwhelmingly positive reviews for Verifast AI Chatbot +Sales Bot, it's the clear winner for businesses prioritizing sales, customer satisfaction, and a reliable chatbot experience.
