Our Verdict
Sherpas: Smart SEO is the clear choice for Shopify merchants seeking a comprehensive and actively-maintained SEO solution. Its high rating, numerous positive reviews, and robust feature set, including AI-powered meta tag generation and link management, make it suitable for businesses serious about optimizing their online presence.
Smart Seo Boost might be an option for merchants with very limited SEO knowledge or time who are looking for a basic and automated solution, but the extremely low rating and review count should give them pause. It would be crucial to thoroughly test the app and monitor its performance before committing to it long-term. For most merchants, especially those looking for long-term SEO growth, Sherpas: Smart SEO offers significantly more value and a higher likelihood of success.
