Our Verdict
Choosing between Sherpas: Smart SEO and Square: Instagram Feed Gallery depends heavily on a merchant's priorities. If the primary goal is to improve organic search engine rankings and drive more traffic from Google, then Sherpas: Smart SEO is the clear choice. Its AI-powered features and automated tasks can be beneficial for merchants who lack SEO expertise. However, if a merchant has a strong Instagram presence and wants to leverage that content to enhance their Shopify store and boost sales, Square: Instagram Feed Gallery is the better option.
Square: Instagram Feed Gallery is likely only beneficial if the Instagram account features high-quality content that aligns with the brand and target audience. If the account is not well-maintained, it could actually detract from the store's appeal. Sherpas: Smart SEO, while potentially more complex to set up initially, offers a broader range of benefits applicable to any online store aiming to improve its overall search engine performance.
