Our Verdict
If a merchant's primary concern is proactively managing shipping and fulfillment issues to minimize customer complaints and potential chargebacks, ShipAware is the more suitable choice. It provides alerts and automated customer notifications to address potential problems before they escalate. However, if a merchant prioritizes instant team communication and wants to track sales activity in real-time through Slack, Ting ‑ Slack Notifications is the better option. For businesses with significant shipping volume or a history of shipping-related customer service issues, ShipAware will likely provide more direct value. For smaller businesses or those with a strong reliance on Slack for team communication, Ting - Slack Notifications is a sensible choice.
