Our Verdict
For merchants needing highly customized shipping rules, especially those dealing with local delivery or product-specific rates (e.g., bakeries, florists), Shipping & Delivery ‑ ShipZip is the clear choice. The granularity it offers in setting shipping rates by zip code, product tag, or delivery date provides significant control and flexibility. However, it comes with the complexity of managing multiple rules and the prerequisite of the Carrier Calculated Shipping API.
Skydropx is better suited for merchants, particularly those in LATAM, who prioritize ease of use and streamlined order management. If the primary goal is to simplify shipping guide creation, offer shipping quotes in the cart, and monitor orders efficiently, Skydropx provides a more accessible solution. The focus on the LATAM market suggests tailored integrations and services for that region.
