If your primary concern is accurately calculating shipping rates, especially for complex product dimensions, drop shipping, or diverse carrier options, ShipX - Shipping Rates & Rules is the superior choice. Its AI-based packaging and rate blending features offer a level of control unmatched by Zapiet. However, if your focus is on providing customers with flexible delivery options, including in-store pickup, local delivery, and scheduled time slots, and you need a user-friendly interface to manage these logistics, then Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery is the clear winner. Its POS integration and broader integration suite make it a more comprehensive solution for managing the entire order fulfillment process, beyond just shipping rates. In some cases, merchants might even benefit from using both apps in conjunction.
