Our Verdict
Simplify Exit Intent Survey is best suited for Shopify merchants who need a quick and easy solution to understand why visitors are abandoning their carts and want to directly address those issues. It is a more targeted solution. Zigpoll Customer Surveys, on the other hand, is ideal for merchants seeking a comprehensive survey solution to gather customer feedback across multiple touchpoints (pre-purchase, post-purchase, etc.) and integrate that data with their existing marketing stack. Zigpoll appears to offer broader functionality and deeper insights, but likely at a higher cost or complexity. The significantly higher review count on Zigpoll also indicates a more established and widely used app, lending it more credibility.
