Splio: Marketing Automation vs Yozo AI: Email, SMS & WA Agentfor Shopify (2026)
In 2026, Splio: Marketing Automation and Yozo AI: Email, SMS & WA Agent offer distinct approaches to marketing automation for Shopify merchants. Splio positions itself as a comprehensive CRM platform, emphasizing data unification, multichannel orchestration (email, SMS, wallets), and AI-powered loyalty programs. Splio targets merchants seeking a robust, all-in-one solution for managing customer data and driving loyalty with features like RFM segmentation, LTV prediction, and loyalty program management. Yozo AI, on the other hand, focuses on simplicity and automation, leveraging a conversational AI agent to handle end-to-end email, WhatsApp, and SMS marketing campaigns with minimal merchant intervention. Yozo AI aims at merchants looking for a hands-off solution to recover abandoned carts, activate first-time users, and build campaigns across multiple channels. A key differentiator is its AI-driven content creation and automated flow building, contrasting with Splio's need for merchants to configure and manage workflows within its broader CRM ecosystem. While both apps offer SMS marketing, their core value propositions differ significantly: Splio provides a comprehensive CRM with marketing automation capabilities, while Yozo AI delivers autonomous, AI-powered campaign management.

Our Verdict
Splio: Marketing Automation is best suited for larger Shopify merchants or those with complex customer relationships who require a comprehensive CRM platform to manage customer data, create personalized experiences, and build detailed loyalty programs. Its strength lies in its ability to unify data, automate workflows, and provide advanced analytics. However, the lack of reviews should be considered.
Yozo AI: Email, SMS & WA Agent, with its perfect rating and focus on AI-driven automation, is ideal for smaller Shopify merchants or those with limited marketing resources. If the primary goal is to quickly implement automated marketing campaigns for abandoned cart recovery, first-time customer activation, and general engagement without requiring extensive setup or manual intervention, Yozo AI appears to be the stronger choice. However, merchants should assess the depth of customization offered, as the primary focus is on autonomous operation.
