Store Credit vs WeGetFinancing Messagingfor Shopify (2026)
Store Credit and WeGetFinancing Messaging address distinct aspects of customer loyalty and sales conversion for Shopify merchants in 2026. Store Credit focuses on post-purchase engagement by enabling merchants to issue and manage store credits for various customer interactions, such as reviews, birthdays, and referrals. Our Verdict
For merchants primarily focused on increasing customer retention and loyalty by rewarding customer interactions, Store Credit may be a suitable choice. However, the lack of reviews raises concerns about its reliability and functionality. Merchants seeking to boost conversion rates and average order values by offering financing options to customers should consider WeGetFinancing Messaging. Despite only having one review, the perfect rating suggests a positive initial experience. The best option depends entirely on the specific needs and goals of the merchant. A merchant wanting to address both pre-purchase financing hurdles and post-purchase loyalty might consider using both apps, if compatible.
