Survser ‑ Popup Surveys vs Zigpoll Customer Surveysfor Shopify (2026)
Survser ‑ Popup Surveys and Zigpoll Customer Surveys both aim to help Shopify merchants understand their customers through surveys, but they cater to different segments and offer distinct functionalities. Survser focuses on simplicity and ease of use, offering basic popup surveys triggered on-site, providing a quick way to collect customer feedback. Its strength lies in its immediate deployment and user-friendliness for merchants who need basic customer insights. It appears to be positioned toward smaller businesses or individual entrepreneurs who are just starting out with customer feedback tools. Zigpoll, on the other hand, provides a more comprehensive and feature-rich solution. It includes advanced survey types like post-purchase, pre-purchase, NPS, and supports distribution through email and SMS, in addition to on-site surveys. Our Verdict
For Shopify merchants seeking a simple and straightforward popup survey solution with minimal setup, Survser ‑ Popup Surveys might be a suitable starting point. However, given the vastly superior number of reviews and advanced features, Zigpoll Customer Surveys is the superior choice for the vast majority of Shopify merchants. It offers a more complete suite of survey options, deeper integration with Shopify, and data analysis capabilities that can lead to more impactful business decisions. Smaller merchants could grow into it as their needs evolve.
Zigpoll is the clear winner for businesses that need a comprehensive solution, multilingual support, integration with their existing marketing stack, and in-depth customer data analysis. While Survser promises simplicity, its lack of reviews and limited features suggest it may not be as robust or scalable as Zigpoll in the long run.
