Our Verdict
For merchants looking to retain customers and increase AOV through post-purchase engagement and targeted upsells on thank you pages, Thankify: Smart Thank You Page is the better choice, given its focus on personalized upsells and customer feedback. However, due to the limited number of reviews, merchants should proceed with caution and monitor its performance closely. On the other hand, Wrapin ‑ Gift Wrap & Options is more suitable for stores selling gifts or products that are frequently given as gifts, where offering gift wrapping and personalized messages can significantly enhance the customer experience and increase order value. The higher number of reviews suggests a more established product and potentially greater reliability.
Ultimately, the best choice depends on the specific business needs and product offerings. If the store's success hinges on gifting experiences, Wrapin is more appropriate. If the store focuses on leveraging the post-purchase journey to retain customers, Thankify makes more sense, but merchants should be mindful of the limited reviews and consider a trial period.
