Our Verdict
Based on the available data, Ting ‑ Slack Notifications is the clear choice for most merchants. Its positive reviews, established feature set, and emphasis on ease of use make it a reliable option for integrating Shopify order notifications into Slack. It caters to merchants who value team communication and data-driven decision-making.
TW ‑ Notify team on Slack, with its lack of reviews and feature information, is difficult to recommend. A merchant might consider it only if they are willing to take a significant risk on an unproven app and if the developer is known. However, given the available options, Ting offers a far more secure and feature-rich solution.
