Our Verdict
Ting ‑ Slack Notifications is the clear choice for merchants who need to keep their internal teams updated on store activity in real-time. Its strong rating and existing user base suggest a reliable and effective solution for internal communication. The rule-based notifications and order reports offer robust features for managing and analyzing sales data within Slack.
WAlert: WhatsApp notifications, while lacking reviews and therefore difficult to assess its performance, could be beneficial for merchants heavily reliant on WhatsApp for customer communication and seeking to improve customer engagement through automated greetings and product recommendations. However, merchants should proceed with caution due to the lack of user feedback and consider thoroughly testing the app before widespread use. It's best suited to stores where direct customer interaction via WhatsApp is already a core part of their strategy.
