Common Questions
Which app is easier to set up?
Both apps claim easy or rapid onboarding. Toki boasts free live support and onboarding, potentially providing a more hands-on experience. Webgains emphasizes simple and rapid onboarding, automating much of the technical implementation. The best choice depends on your preferred learning style and technical skills.
Which app is better for long-term customer engagement?
Toki is designed specifically for long-term customer engagement. Its customizable loyalty programs and VIP tiers encourage repeat purchases and brand loyalty. Webgains focuses more on acquiring new customers through affiliate channels, although these new customers *may* become repeat customers over time.
Can I use both apps simultaneously?
Yes, you can use both apps simultaneously. Toki focuses on loyalty and retention, while Webgains focuses on affiliate marketing and acquisition. They address different aspects of customer lifecycle management and are complementary. This strategy helps capture new customers and increase lifetime value of those that are acquired.
How do the analytics compare?
Toki provides detailed analytics showing engagement metrics, ROI, and customer insights, focused on the performance of the loyalty program. While Webgains does provide performance metrics, the focus is centered on the success of the affiliate partnerships and sales generated. Toki focuses on *existing* customers' behavior and Webgains focus on *newly acquired* customers.
Which app is more suitable for small businesses with limited marketing budgets?
The suitability depends on the merchant's strategy. Toki might be more suitable if they aim to increase sales amongst their existing customer base. Webgains could be more suitable if the aim is to reach a wider audience and acquire new customers in a cost-effective manner (only paying for successful conversions).
