Our Verdict
For merchants needing versatile forms for purposes beyond surveys – such as creating detailed order forms with file uploads or complex contact forms – Top Form Builder may be suitable, provided the lack of reviews is taken into account. However, given the lack of any reviews, using Top Form Builder comes with inherent risk.
Zigpoll Customer Surveys is the better choice for merchants prioritizing customer feedback and insights to improve their business. Its high rating, numerous reviews, and focus on survey-specific features, like post-purchase surveys and AI analytics, make it a more reliable and valuable option for understanding customer needs and optimizing business strategies. Ultimately, Zigpoll is the better option due to the reviews validating that the app is useful.
