Our Verdict
For merchants prioritizing quick and easy integration with Google Customer Reviews to display the Google Seller Rating badge and leverage Google's brand recognition, TSS Google Customer Review might be a suitable starting point, assuming it overcomes its current lack of reviews and ratings. However, for businesses that want a more comprehensive understanding of their customers, advanced survey customization, and data-driven insights to optimize various aspects of their operations (marketing, product development, cart recovery), Zigpoll Customer Surveys is the clear winner. Zigpoll's versatility and strong positive user reviews indicate a robust and valuable solution for gathering actionable customer feedback. Given its zero rating and lack of reviews, it is impossible to recommend TSS Google Customer Review without further information.
