Our Verdict
Given the drastically different ratings and review counts, Vizup appears to be the more reliable and well-received option. For fashion brands primarily concerned with visually engaging product presentations via video sliders and carousels, leveraging influencer content, and ensuring fast page loading, Vizup is the clear choice. Vimmi might be considered by merchants specifically requiring live shopping event functionality, automated DMs, or needing to migrate from another video platform, *if* they are willing to gamble on an app with extremely limited and unfavorable user feedback. However, a rational merchant would likely wait for Vimmi to drastically improve their offering before consideration.
