Our Verdict
WhatsApp Chat & Abandoned Cart appears to be the stronger choice for merchants seeking a comprehensive solution for WhatsApp marketing and customer support. Its higher rating, larger number of reviews, and explicitly stated features like abandoned cart recovery with ROI tracking, upselling/cross-selling campaigns, and integration with review platforms make it a more attractive option for businesses looking to maximize their WhatsApp channel.
WhatFlow‑WhatsApp Automation might be suitable for merchants who need simpler WhatsApp automation and have less complex requirements. However, the lack of detailed information on its specific features makes it difficult to fully assess its capabilities compared to WhatsApp Chat & Abandoned Cart. Unless WhatFlow offers a significantly lower price point or a specific feature crucial to a niche requirement, WhatsApp Chat & Abandoned Cart likely offers a better overall value proposition in 2026.
