Our Verdict
For Shopify merchants seeking a simple and straightforward post-purchase survey to understand customer acquisition channels, Whisper Post Purchase Survey could be a viable option, assuming the lack of reviews is due to newness rather than underlying issues. Its focus on ease of use and basic analytics makes it suitable for merchants who don't need advanced features or integrations.
However, given the significant difference in ratings, reviews, and feature sets, Zigpoll Customer Surveys is generally the better choice for most Shopify merchants in 2026. Its comprehensive feature set, AI-powered analytics, extensive customization options, and strong customer reviews suggest a more mature and effective survey platform. It is particularly well-suited for merchants who want to leverage customer feedback to optimize their entire business, including marketing, product development, and customer experience. The abandoned cart recovery feature adds significant value, potentially justifying the cost difference for many merchants.
