Our Verdict
Given the current data available in 2026, Wizzy AI Search & Filter is the safer choice for most Shopify merchants, particularly those prioritizing proven performance and granular control over their search and filtering capabilities. Its positive reviews and focus on detailed customization make it a reliable option. Merchants who highly value AI-driven personalization and are willing to take a risk on a newer platform with potentially greater capabilities might consider XO Search & Recommendation.
However, without any user reviews or concrete evidence of its performance, XO remains a speculative investment. For merchants who are risk-averse or prioritize demonstrable results, Wizzy is the more sensible choice at this time. Consider a trial of both (if available) after XO gains traction and positive reviews.
