Our Verdict
Zigpoll Customer Surveys is the clear choice for merchants looking to understand their customers better through surveys and leverage data to improve their business. Its high rating and numerous positive reviews suggest a reliable and effective app. The comprehensive features, including customizable surveys, multilingual support, and AI-powered analytics, provide a robust platform for gathering and analyzing customer feedback. YSD Sticky WhatsApp Icon, lacking any reviews or information, is a much riskier option and cannot be confidently recommended. Unless a merchant has a very specific need for a WhatsApp contact button and is willing to take a significant risk on an untested app, Zigpoll is the superior choice.
