Our Verdict
Based on the available data, SEA Post Purchase Survey App appears to be the stronger choice for most Shopify merchants in 2026. Its high rating and substantial number of reviews suggest a reliable and effective app. The focus on post-purchase surveys and actionable analytics addresses a critical need for e-commerce businesses. Appify: Survey Honey, while promising a feature-rich experience, lacks any user reviews or validation, making it a riskier choice. If a merchant needs generalized, unlimited survey capacity *and* is willing to beta-test, it *might* be worth considering Appify: Survey Honey. Otherwise, SEA Post Purchase Survey App is the safer, more established choice.
