ARCS Support Ticketing System vs Commslayer ‑ Helpdesk & Chatfor Shopify (2026)
ARCS Support Ticketing System and Commslayer ‑ Helpdesk & Chat are both Shopify apps in the Helpdesk category, but they target vastly different segments of the Shopify merchant market. ARCS Support Ticketing System, with a 1/5 rating based on a single review, seems to be either very new or struggling with user satisfaction. Our Verdict
Based on the available data, Commslayer ‑ Helpdesk & Chat is the clearly superior option for most Shopify merchants seeking a helpdesk solution in 2026. Its high rating, substantial number of reviews, and robust feature set, including AI assistance and Shopify integration, make it a compelling choice. It targets merchants who are looking for a modern, cost-effective solution with unlimited agents and tickets.
While ARCS Support Ticketing System might potentially offer value, its extremely low rating and lack of reviews make it a risky proposition. Only merchants with very specific, potentially unusual, needs, and a willingness to be early adopters, would consider it, and even then only after extensive independent research.
