Our Verdict
Floatify: Social & CTA Buttons, given its high rating and numerous reviews, is the safer bet for merchants looking for a quick and easy way to improve customer communication and accessibility on their store. Its simplicity and focus on core communication features make it ideal for smaller businesses or those with limited technical expertise.
Big Sur AI Sales Agent, while promising, is untested in the market, evident from its zero rating and lack of reviews. It holds potential for merchants seeking advanced AI-driven sales and marketing solutions, particularly those willing to invest time and effort in configuring and optimizing the AI agent. However, the risk associated with adopting an unproven app should be considered before investment. If you're looking for a high-risk, high-reward play that could significantly boost conversions via advanced AI, and are willing to be an early adopter, Big Sur AI Sales Agent *could* be interesting. However, proceed with caution and a strong monitoring plan.
