Big Sur AI Sales Agent aimed to provide an all-in-one AI platform for product discovery and recommendations, but with no ratings or reviews at the time of this data, merchants might be searching for more established and reliable solutions. Concerns might arise around the actual performance of its AI, the ease of integration, and the quality of support offered. Specifically, if the promised 'breakthrough conversions' and 'new traffic' haven't materialized, or if merchants find the AI features difficult to configure or manage, they'll need other options. Merchants may also seek alternatives with better analytics to truly understand the impact of product recommendations and search enhancements, or more transparent pricing than Big Sur AI Sales Agent offers. Furthermore, the lack of user feedback could signal potential stability or compatibility concerns.
