Big Sur AI Sales Agent vs Search & Discovery ‑ Viselyfor Shopify (2026)
Big Sur AI Sales Agent and Search & Discovery ‑ Visely both aim to improve the search and discovery experience on Shopify stores, but they take drastically different approaches. Big Sur AI Sales Agent positions itself as an all-in-one AI platform, promising breakthrough conversions and new traffic through conversational AI, adaptive quizzes, and AI-generated content. Its focus is on a personalized, AI-driven shopping experience, leveraging AI to guide customers to the right products and generate SEO content. Search & Discovery ‑ Visely, on the other hand, focuses on improving the core search functionality with relevant results, suggestions, and customizable filters. It emphasizes ease of use and seamless integration with existing themes. Visely's strength lies in its established reputation (5/5 rating with 34 reviews) and a proven track record of improving search relevance through features like tailored filters, real-time catalog syncing, and customization options. It caters to merchants who need a robust and reliable search solution. Big Sur AI Sales Agent, with a 0/5 rating and no reviews, is an unproven solution, but its bold claims of AI-powered conversion boosts and traffic generation might appeal to merchants willing to take a risk on a potentially groundbreaking, albeit unvalidated, technology. It could be especially attractive for stores looking to offer highly personalized and interactive shopping experiences.

Our Verdict
Search & Discovery ‑ Visely is the safer and more reliable choice for most merchants in 2026. Its proven track record and focus on core search functionality make it a strong option for improving user experience and driving sales. Merchants needing a dependable search solution with customizable filters and a proven track record should choose Visely.
Big Sur AI Sales Agent, while potentially innovative, is a much riskier bet. With no reviews or ratings, its claims are currently unsubstantiated. It might be suitable for highly innovative or tech-forward brands willing to experiment and potentially invest more heavily to see if the AI-driven features deliver on their promise. However, due to the lack of validation, it is difficult to recommend Big Sur AI Sales Agent without more evidence of its effectiveness.
