Our Verdict
For merchants primarily focused on proactively communicating promotions, updates, and key information directly on their website in a visually engaging manner, BL Scrolling Announcement Bar is the superior choice. Its customization options and emphasis on grabbing attention with animated banners makes it ideal for improving on-site engagement. However, for merchants prioritizing direct, personalized customer interaction and wanting to provide immediate support and sales opportunities via WhatsApp, Whatsmart WhatsApp Buy Button is the better option. It suits businesses that value quick responses and facilitate direct sales conversations through WhatsApp.
Given the complete lack of reviews for Whatsmart, there's an inherent risk associated with adopting the app, even with its unique features. Conversely, even with only two reviews, the perfect rating for BL Scrolling Announcement Bar suggests early adopters are pleased, though the sample size is small. Before committing to either, thorough testing is recommended, however, the initial confidence is in favor of BL Scrolling Announcement Bar.
