Our Verdict
For larger Shopify stores with a focus on comprehensive customer data and omnichannel marketing automation, Bloomreach Email&SMS Marketing is the superior choice. However, for smaller businesses or those simply needing a straightforward SMS marketing solution, Notify Customers offers a simpler and potentially more cost-effective option. While its features are more limited, it excels at its core function: sending SMS campaigns to keep customers engaged.
