Our Verdict
Based on the available information, Kindly: Payment Reminder Pro appears to be the stronger choice for merchants primarily concerned with automating and improving payment collection processes. Its perfect rating and positive reviews suggest a reliable and effective solution for its specific purpose. BroadcastSMS, while offering a broader range of SMS/MMS marketing features, suffers from a lack of reviews and a concerning 0/5 rating. This makes it a significantly riskier option for merchants in 2026, unless they are willing to gamble on an unproven solution and potentially face usability issues or unfulfilled promises. For merchants seeking a full-fledged SMS marketing platform, exploring other, more established options with positive reviews would be advisable.
