Our Verdict
For merchants aiming to proactively inform customers about deals, promotions, and news while enhancing their store's visual appeal, B&S ‑ Announcement Bar appears to be the better choice, especially considering its positive ratings and initial user feedback. Its features cater to creating dynamic banners and scheduling campaigns to effectively promote products.
However, if a merchant prioritizes direct customer interaction, providing real-time support and facilitating sales conversations via WhatsApp, the Whatsmart WhatsApp Buy Button is more suitable. Though it lacks reviews currently, its focus on integrating WhatsApp functionality addresses a specific need for personalized customer engagement and potentially higher conversion rates through direct communication. Merchants should also consider B&S ‑ Announcement Bar has established some early user credibility, whereas Whatsmart is new, unproven in the market, and likely more risky to implement.
