Our Verdict
For merchants selling products where compatibility or fitment is critical (e.g., vehicle parts, electronics components), C: Year Make Model Search is the superior choice. Its sophisticated search functionality directly addresses the need for customers to find the right product based on specific criteria. The investment in setting up the YMM data and configuration is worthwhile if it reduces returns and increases customer satisfaction.
For the majority of Shopify stores, especially those with long-form content (blog posts, detailed product descriptions), RT: Smooth Scroll To Top is a valuable addition. It offers a quick and easy way to improve the user experience with minimal effort. If a store's theme lacks a scroll-to-top feature, this app provides a simple and effective solution.
