While the app enjoys a solid rating, the complexity of managing YMM data, potential limitations in customization, or the desire for a more integrated search experience within the Shopify theme can lead to exploring other options. Some may find the CSV import process cumbersome, or require more granular control over search result presentation beyond simple URL redirects and tag-based filtering. The app's primary focus on YMM may also make it less suitable for stores with broader product catalogs needing AI-powered search and discovery features.
