Callexa NPS Feedback vs Census: Customer Surveysfor Shopify (2026)
Callexa NPS Feedback and Census: Customer Surveys are both survey apps for Shopify merchants, boasting perfect 5/5 ratings. However, they differ significantly in their social proof: Census has 23 reviews, suggesting wider adoption and potentially more reliable feedback than Callexa's single review. Callexa focuses specifically on the Net Promoter Score (NPS) methodology, providing automated surveys post-shipping with a dedicated dashboard for NPS-based analytics. Census, while similarly focused on customer surveys, isn't explicitly tied to NPS in the provided data. This implies a potentially broader range of survey types or customization options, although the specifics remain unclear. Therefore, merchants seeking immediate, automated NPS feedback will be drawn to Callexa, while those desiring a more versatile survey platform may lean towards Census.

Our Verdict
For merchants who specifically want to track and improve their Net Promoter Score with minimal setup, Callexa NPS Feedback seems to be the better choice. Its automated post-shipping surveys and dedicated NPS dashboard provide a streamlined workflow. However, given the limited number of reviews, it's essential to consider the potential lack of extensive user feedback and support. On the other hand, if a merchant requires a more flexible survey tool that isn't solely focused on NPS and potentially offers greater customization, Census: Customer Surveys is worth investigating further, especially given its higher number of reviews which suggest a more mature product.
