Callexa NPS Feedback vs DingAI – Surveys That Sellfor Shopify (2026)
Callexa NPS Feedback and DingAI – Surveys That Sell both operate in the 'Surveys' category on the Shopify app store, but they address drastically different needs. Callexa focuses on post-purchase customer feedback using the Net Promoter Score (NPS) framework. It aims to help merchants understand customer sentiment, track satisfaction, and improve product and service quality through automated surveys and a feedback dashboard. DingAI, on the other hand, is a sales-oriented AI agent designed to engage website visitors in real-time, driving conversions through AI-powered chat interactions and guiding them through the purchase process. The key difference lies in their purpose: Callexa prioritizes gathering feedback *after* the sale to improve the overall customer experience and product offerings. DingAI is geared towards enhancing the shopping experience *before* a purchase occurs, proactively engaging customers and answering their questions to boost sales. While both leverage surveys in some capacity (DingAI likely collects data to improve its AI chat), they serve distinct functions within the customer journey. Despite both having a 5-star rating, the vastly different number of reviews is noteworthy. DingAI's 63 reviews suggest a more established presence and a broader user base than Callexa's single review. While both have potential, merchants should carefully consider whether they need to improve post-purchase satisfaction or proactively drive sales engagement.

Our Verdict
For merchants primarily concerned with gathering customer feedback *after* a purchase to improve their products and services, Callexa NPS Feedback is a potentially suitable option, *if* the lack of reviews isn't a concern. Its focus on the Net Promoter Score provides a structured approach to measuring customer satisfaction. However, the low number of reviews should be considered before fully committing.
For merchants aiming to proactively engage website visitors, answer questions in real-time, and drive immediate sales, DingAI – Surveys That Sell is the clear winner. Its AI agent and chatbot offer a compelling solution for improving conversion rates and enhancing the shopping experience before a purchase is made. The higher review count suggests a more established and tested product.
