Our Verdict
For merchants specifically needing to conduct customer surveys with pre-designed templates or more focused feedback mechanisms, Census: Customer Surveys seems a safer bet based on the higher number of reviews. However, for merchants requiring diverse form types like contact forms, order forms, or lead generation forms, and who prioritize design flexibility and custom email notifications, Cruxtab Form Builder might be more suitable. Cruxtab's ease-of-use claim may also appeal to merchants with limited technical expertise or who prefer a more intuitive form-building experience.
