Census: Customer Surveys vs DingAI – Surveys That Sellfor Shopify (2026)
In 2026, both Census: Customer Surveys and DingAI – Surveys That Sell aim to enhance the Shopify merchant experience through surveys, but they approach this goal from vastly different angles. Census: Customer Surveys, while boasting a perfect rating, has a significantly smaller user base, suggesting a potentially newer or more niche offering. DingAI – Surveys That Sell, also rated perfectly but with substantially more reviews, focuses on proactive, AI-driven sales engagement. DingAI leverages AI agent technology, including a built-in chatbot and AI chat, to interact with visitors in real-time, guide them through the purchase process, and increase sales.
