Census: Customer Surveys vs QServusfor Shopify (2026)
Both Census: Customer Surveys and QServus aim to help Shopify merchants gather customer feedback via surveys. However, the limited data available suggests significant differences in user experience and overall satisfaction. Census: Customer Surveys, with a perfect 5/5 rating based on 23 reviews, appears to be well-received by its users. Conversely, QServus, boasting a single 1/5 rating, indicates substantial dissatisfaction with its offering. This disparity strongly suggests Census provides a more reliable and user-friendly platform for creating and analyzing customer surveys. While QServus highlights features like easy survey creation, results analysis, and actionable insights, the negative rating undermines these claims. Census, although lacking detailed feature descriptions, benefits from overwhelmingly positive user feedback, implying ease of use and effective functionality. Merchants looking for a quick and painless solution to gather feedback will likely find Census a better starting point.

Our Verdict
Based on the available data, Census: Customer Surveys is the clear frontrunner. Its perfect rating and substantial number of reviews indicate a reliable and satisfying user experience. Merchants looking for a proven solution for gathering customer feedback should prioritize Census.
QServus, with its extremely low rating and single review, presents a significant risk. While its feature claims are promising, the overwhelmingly negative feedback suggests that the app may not deliver on its promises. Unless QServus undergoes substantial improvements and gathers more positive reviews, it's difficult to recommend it to any merchant.
Common Questions
Which app has more positive reviews?
Census: Customer Surveys has significantly more positive reviews, with a perfect 5/5 rating from 23 reviews, compared to QServus's 1/5 rating from 1 review.
Which app is easier to use?
While neither app description explicitly states ease of use, the high rating of Census: Customer Surveys suggests a more user-friendly experience compared to QServus's low rating.
Which app provides better data analysis?
Both apps claim to offer data analysis features. However, the positive feedback for Census suggests a potentially more effective and reliable analysis tool than QServus, given its low rating.
Which app is better for improving service quality?
While QServus explicitly targets service quality improvement, its low rating casts doubt on its effectiveness. Census, with its positive reception, may indirectly contribute to improved service quality by providing valuable customer insights.
What are the risks of choosing QServus?
