Census: Customer Surveys vs Questify: Post Purcahse Surveyfor Shopify (2026)
In 2026, merchants choosing a survey app for Shopify face a clear trade-off between proven reliability and potentially unique features. Census: Customer Surveys offers the safety of a perfect 5-star rating based on 23 reviews, suggesting strong user satisfaction. On the other hand, Questify: Post Purcahse Survey, while lacking any reviews and thus having a 0-star rating, positions itself as a dedicated post-purchase feedback tool directly integrated into the thank-you page, targeting merchants specifically interested in capturing immediate customer reactions. Questify's focus on the thank-you page as the survey entry point provides a convenient and frictionless experience for customers immediately after a purchase. Its feature set, including advanced analytics, unlimited survey questions, and even Hebrew language support, points to a potentially powerful tool if its execution matches its claims. However, Census: Customer Surveys' established positive reputation indicates a dependable and user-friendly experience, making it an attractive option for merchants prioritizing reliability. The choice hinges on whether a merchant values verified quality or the potential of Questify's specialized post-purchase approach.

Our Verdict
For merchants seeking a proven and reliable survey solution with existing positive reviews, Census: Customer Surveys is the safer choice. Its high rating indicates a user-friendly and effective experience. However, businesses prioritizing immediate post-purchase feedback and desiring advanced analytics, particularly those with Hebrew-speaking customers, might find Questify: Post Purcahse Survey worth the risk, provided they are comfortable being early adopters and potentially encountering unforeseen issues. The lack of reviews means careful due diligence and a willingness to troubleshoot are essential if choosing Questify. If no reviews appear within a period, Census would be the stronger choice.
