Our Verdict
For merchants needing a basic, easy-to-implement survey solution, Census: Customer Surveys is likely the better choice due to its simplicity and larger number of reviews, suggesting greater usage and possibly more reliability. However, if a merchant requires a more comprehensive feedback system, including direct on-site feedback options, client profiling, and integration with other tools like Google Sheets, Rex Feedback offers a richer feature set despite having fewer reviews. Rex Feedback is better suited for merchants proactively looking to manage and improve the customer experience beyond simple post-purchase surveys. Merchants should consider their technical expertise and the complexity of their feedback requirements before making a decision.
