Census: Customer Surveys vs SeamlessNPS: Customer Loyalityfor Shopify (2026)
In 2026, choosing between customer survey apps on Shopify requires careful consideration, even with limited data. Census: Customer Surveys, with a perfect 5/5 rating based on 23 reviews, is positioned as a reliable solution for gathering customer feedback through surveys. Its strength lies in demonstrated customer satisfaction. SeamlessNPS: Customer Loyality, on the other hand, lacks any user feedback (0/5 rating and 0 reviews), making it difficult to assess its effectiveness or ease of use. While both apps fall under the 'Surveys' category, the complete absence of information about SeamlessNPS leaves its specific features and target audience unclear. This significantly differentiates the two apps; Census offers a proven track record, while SeamlessNPS is an unknown entity.

Our Verdict
For most Shopify merchants in 2026, Census: Customer Surveys is the safer and more logical choice. The positive ratings and existing reviews provide a level of confidence that is entirely absent with SeamlessNPS. Merchants looking for a proven solution to gather customer feedback should strongly consider Census. However, risk-tolerant merchants who are comfortable with being early adopters and willing to potentially invest time in troubleshooting an unproven app might consider SeamlessNPS, but only after significant independent investigation and a clear understanding of the potential drawbacks.
Common Questions
Which app has more evidence of providing value to Shopify merchants?
Census: Customer Surveys has significantly more evidence of providing value due to its 5/5 rating and 23 reviews. SeamlessNPS has no user feedback to evaluate.
Which app is easier to get started with?
Based on the data available, it's impossible to definitively say which is easier. However, the existence of reviews for Census: Customer Surveys suggests more readily available resources and potential community support, potentially making it easier to troubleshoot issues.
Which app poses a lower risk to implement in my Shopify store?
Census: Customer Surveys poses a lower risk due to its proven track record and positive user feedback. SeamlessNPS carries a higher risk because it is untested and lacks any user reviews.
Does SeamlessNPS have any advantages over Census: Customer Surveys?
Based on the data provided, SeamlessNPS has no clear advantages. Its features and benefits are unknown due to the absence of reviews or user feedback. A potential advantage *could* be unique features, but that is pure speculation.
If both apps offered identical features, which one should I choose?
Even if both apps had identical features, Census: Customer Surveys would still be the more prudent choice due to its established positive reputation. The user reviews provide a degree of trust and validation that is missing with SeamlessNPS.
