Our Verdict
For Shopify merchants seeking to understand and improve their customer experience, Census: Customer Surveys is the clearly superior choice. Its established track record and positive user reviews provide confidence in its functionality and value. However, for merchants actively looking to expand their dealer network, T: Dealer Inquiry presents a unique opportunity. It requires more due diligence given the lack of reviews, but the potential for dealer acquisition might be worthwhile for businesses prioritizing that specific growth strategy.
If the primary need is customer feedback, Census: Customer Surveys is the safer and more reliable bet. If the primary need is dealer recruitment and the merchant is willing to take a risk on a new app, T: Dealer Inquiry could be considered, but only after thorough testing and potentially contacting the developer directly for clarification and support assurances.
