Our Verdict
Given the stark contrast in ratings and review counts, Census: Customer Surveys is the generally safer and more reliable option for Shopify merchants in 2026. Merchants prioritizing detailed customer feedback, product development, and overall customer satisfaction will find Census: Customer Surveys to be a better fit. Traxoft: Image Voting may be suitable for a niche merchant specifically needing customer input on visual content, but its current rating suggests caution. Merchants should thoroughly investigate the reasons behind the low rating and consider alternative image voting solutions if available. Until Traxoft: Image Voting improves its user experience and garners more positive reviews, Census: Customer Surveys is the preferred choice for the majority of Shopify stores needing survey functionality.
